How do you treat pet stains and odor?
Because dogs and cats dont sweat, their urine contains alkaline salts which absorb moisture out of the air. Thus, pet urine never really dries. It becomes a feeding ground for bacteria which causes odor, staining and discoloration. Minor conditions can be handles with a combination of germicidal and enzyme surface treatments and enzyme injections into the padding. Major conditions usually require pad replacement and floor treatment in addition to treating the carpet.
Do i need a Scotchguard protector? Is it really work?
Fabric protectors wont prevent your carpet from getting dirty. Their purpose is to protect your carpet from permanent stains and prolong the life of the fabric, which they do very well.
What furniture do you move?
We usually clean around the furniture. We always can help to slide some light pieces of furniture if you conserned about certain areas of cleaning.
What kind of chemicals do you use?
We use top of the line non-toxic cleaning products consistent with industry standarts and manufacturers recomendations. Our products are environmentally friendly and OSHA and EPA compliant.
How long does it take to dry?
It usually take 2-5 hours to dry depending upon the condition, thickness of the carpet and ventilation. To dry quicker please open some windows or keep you fan (heat or A/C on).
How long will it take to do the job?
Usually it takes 30 min to 2 hours to do the job depending on the size of the house and amount of rooms.

Do you provide a reciept?
Yes, once the job is done our tech will write you a paper reciept or we can also send you an electronic copy of it.
